Anyone else experiencing unresponsive and weirdly slow connection to the forums?

The first couple of times, I suspected an internet connection issue, but the problem is persistant, and browsing the forums has become really sluggish. Just wondering if it's just on my side

Yes. And, I suspect it's the motion graphics in the header ad that's causing the reset/delays.

Yep, same here. I first noticed it a few days ago, and - like you - thought it was a connection on my end. But every other website is running as quick as normal.... it's just the forums that are slow. Old age catches up to us all, lol.

Today, Oct 31st, it opened 'on time' - and whatever glitch was in the system appears to have been repaired... pretty much, almost?!

and - it seems the fault was NOT connected to the moving ad graphics.

Yeah its' slower than the speed of dark right now

I have nuclear grade ad blocking on my rig , so I suspect it's not that.
