Anyone used a Polytone 101 amp?

Post by lgstarr » Sat May 27, 2017 4:41 pm

My husband is using one loaned to a church where he's been playing bass lately. He loves it so much he's thinking of offering to buy it (or just getting one).

(He's just getting back into playing after years of programming.)

Thanks,
--Linda

I played a borrowed Polytone MiniBrute at a festival, once. Jazz cats love 'em.

Thanks. Gary doesn't remember it being a "MiniBrute" ... and, while he's a classical guy (even wrote liner notes) with an MA, he never loved playing jazz, just hard rock (like Led Zeppelin) and prog rock ...and yet, he's crazy about that amp :-)
