Hey Paul

I think this is a great song and I think you can make it more universal by turning it into a romantic Christmas song. I was a little confused by the chorus " I will let go if you stay " kind of thing. If you made this into a Christmas song, then a lot of the imagry could stay in. A simple trick of changing the chorus to something like " Just let it snow, I'll keep you warm and safe
Just let it snow, inside we'll celebrate
Just let it snow, right here by the fireplace
Just let it snow as frosty paints our window panes

Anyway, sorry to get carried away, but I picture this song as a very laid back romantic Christmas song, and there is all kinds of room for imagry and still have it be universal.

What ever you do with the song, I think it sounds great and has a lot of potential for film and tv.
