ASIAN INSTRUMENTALS Forwards

Post by minoruchan » Fri Feb 22, 2019 6:59 pm

Hi

My tracks aede & Momizi, were forwarded to Music Library for listing #Y190221AS!

Y190221AS

ASIAN INSTRUMENTALS and/or INSTRUMENTAL CUES in a broad range of styles are needed by an International Music Library that’s dramatically increasing the size of their catalog to keep up with growing demand! They’re looking for a bunch of Instrumentals and Instrumental Cues in All Tempos that represent various Asian cultures, styles, and moods. Please listen to the references below to get yourself in the general stylistic wheelhouse:

“Sakura – Japanese Folk Music”

“Chinese Traditional Song”

“Traditional Vietnamese Court Music”

Please send authentic sounding, TRADITIONAL Asian Instrumentals (or Cues) that can be used in travel shows and documentaries. Your submissions can range from Solo Instrumentals to Mid-Sized Ensembles, all the way up to full bands. If you could hear your submissions working as background music in an Asian restaurant, a spa, or even a trendy shop that sells products that attract a primarily Asian clientele, you might have what this company needs! If your piece would quickly transport TV viewers to a region on the Asian continent in the context of a travel-related TV show, that could be a good indication that it's in the right ballpark as well!

TAXI Tip: If you use Virtual Instruments or samples, please make sure that they sound realistic, and not obviously synthetic or MIDI-Driven.

Your submissions should be at least 2 minutes in length. Non-Faded, Buttoned endings will work best for this request. Do NOT copy the referenced artists or songs in any way, shape, or form. Broadcast Quality is needed.

This company offers an EXCLUSIVE deal, so please be sure the songs you pitch for this opportunity are NOT already signed with any other Companies or Catalogs. Any sync fees will be split 50/50 with the Company. You'll get 100% of the Writer's share, and the Publisher will get 100% of the Publisher's share. You must own or control your Master and Copyright to submit. Please submit as many Instrumentals or Cues as you'd like online or per CD. All submissions will be screened on a Yes/No basis - No full critiques. Submissions must be received no later than 11:59 PM (PDT) on Thursday, February 21st, 2019. TAXI Dispatch #Y190221AS
