Wow! Nice job, Patrick. I like the revisions in the tune also. The tempo (which, if I remember right, is a bit slower than before) is just right. I also like the way you're ending the chorus now as Matt has suggested, saving the double-tag ("you say...") until the last chorus. Excellent job.The drums sound pretty good, but, as mentioned by ib, could use a bit of brightening. The 1176 took a bit of the highs out (as does any compressor). Don't brightening it much, though. It's pretty close as is.

hey Patrick... "it won't be long" to this song gets forwarded, signed and placed! GREAT job man! Love those vocals!! I agree with johathan, the drums could use a bit of brightening, not much, but just a bit.- Big Blue

hey ibanez, thanks! You echoed the sentiments of Kel also regarding the drums so I'll revisit those for sure.Jonathan yeah Matt was spot on with that idea (thanks Matt!) and you're right, I did slow it down. I used "Stop and Stare" as my loose production template on this one. I didn't think about the 1176 dulling the drums so good point!Blue ha ha nice play on my lyric! I certainly hope you're right but I think the reworking on this one has proven successful thus far and hoping I can take it that extra bit. Back to the lab!
