Thanks so much guys,
And thank you so much Danny for your help with the sound cloud upload tip, I would have spent another day trying to figure that one out!
I’m guessing by the lack of your avatar that I wasn’t much help. Sorry, my user name says it all :D
Cheers.
I ‘ll be sure to let you know what the screeners say. Time to submit and forget
Keep writing guys, if we were going to pick a career that pays the big bucks we would be just like the people we don’t like :D

If the vibe is going for classic rock ala AC/DC I think you you're there. If it's going for more modern indie blues kinda sound ala Black Keys maybe not so much. If it were me I'd do something to tie those breaks together a little bit, seems like everything cuts all the way out. Even some room reverb ringing out a bit would help, i could also hear cowbell going through at least one of those sections. And, again if it were me, I'd pan the two guitars a bit, everything seems pretty up the middle. Nice track, great vibe!

Hey eeoo,
Great advice on the breaks!
I hummed and hawed trying to keep them clean with good edit points but totally overlooked the room reverb idea :D
I sense experience talking. Thanks!
There was no cowbell in the reference tracks so I left out the “moo’s”
Cheers

Edit points are great but you don't have to go overboard with them, especially if it detracts from the overall vibe. And they don't have to be too over the top obvious, editors can get very precise with modern DAWs. But good on ya for thinking about making things convenient for editors!

Simple and to the point! Guitars stayed in lower register as was requested.
