Got the forward! :D I gotta admit I wasn't expecting it. And screener 309 who's a tough one!

Lots of BLUES INSTRUMENTALS needed by a Film/TV Music Publisher for several (up to) $5,000 placements in an upcoming Feature Film.

This Publisher is on the hunt for quite a few Mid-to-Up-Tempo Instrumentals in the general stylistic ballpark of the following references we got directly from them:

"The Thrill Is Gone" by B.B. King

"Boom Boom" by John Lee Hooker

"Smokestack Lightnin'" by Howlin' Wolf

Although the references are vintage, please submit RECENTLY RECORDED Instrumentals, rather than vintage recordings for this request.

Please submit top-notch Instrumentals that capture the character and attitude of traditional Blues music with fresh and current approach, and evoke a variety of moods and emotions for placements in different scenes. Your submissions should have engaging melodies, solid arrangements, and excellent musicianship. Instrumentation in the general style of the references will suit your submissions best. Please be sure your production is polished; and if you're planning on using any virtual instruments or samples, they should be high-quality and fresh, as well.

All submissions should be at least 2 minutes long and no longer than 5 minutes (give or take), with non-faded, buttoned/stinger endings. Do NOT copy the referenced examples in any way, shape, or form. Use them only as a guide for tempo, tone, and overall vibe. Broadcast Quality is needed.

The estimated license fee for each placement is up to $5,000, depending on the ultimate use. This Publisher offers a NON-EXCLUSIVE, 50/50 deal. You’ll split any applicable sync fees 50/50. You’ll keep 100% of the Master rights and the Writer’s share, and the Publisher will get 100% of the Publisher's Share for any placements they generate. You must own or control your Master and Copyright to submit for this opportunity. Please submit as many Instrumentals as you’d like, online or per CD. All submissions will be screened and critiqued by a TAXI screener that was hand-picked by the Music Publisher. Submissions must be received no later than 11:59 PM (PDT) on Tuesday, March 29th, 2022. Noting you stated 309 is a tough one - why else did you doubt the track had what they were asking for?
Sounds pretty whiskey-smokin'-appropriate to me.
(Make mine a Bushmills n 7, please.)
Oh - and here's "CLINK - CHEERS!" congrats.

I would check with Taxi. Once the results of a listing go out, they go out to everyone who submitted. Are you sure we're talking the same listing? Good luck! :D
