Blues Song Forward

Post by bayouandme » Wed Nov 05, 2008 6:57 am

The listing was for: TRADITIONAL & CONTEMPORARY BLUES SONGS in the wide range of B.B. King, Muddy Waters, Eric Clapton, Jonny Lang, Susan Tedeschi, Robert Cray, Keb Mo, Bonnie Raitt, etc. are wanted by a Production Music Library."Been To The River" was forwarded even though 2 others were returned. http://www.taximusic.com/song.php?song_ ... ream=trueI was feeling a bit compromised because I had been getting returns after a nice string of forwards. I was getting down and out especially after reading some of the posts concerning whether to keep working with TAXI. The current economy made me at least consider other options. I am feeling better about TAXI and I ain't going anywhere.

I can not get the TAXI link to post correctly (operator error on my part). This is a link to the CDBaby site and it is the song "Been To The River". http://cdbaby.com/cd/jrrobertsInteresting side note is that this was one of the last recorded songs before Vassar Clements (6 time Grammy nominee and one of the great fiddler's) passed on. I met him while we were recording and we got to become friends. Thankfully he had some time to appreciate his last Grammy. I still miss his phone calls.
