Can I submit something that’s on Spotify?
I’m really sorry, I’m sure this has been addressed a million times before but I can’t find it. A library is looking for songs for placement in an exclusive deal (S231130NS). Does this mean it can’t have been released, or can I pull it from all platforms to submit? Or just no!? Thanks!

It will all depends on which aggregator you used to have your song on spotify, and the agreement that you signed with them.
Usually, and for peace of mind, I'd suggest you keep your published music/song where they are, and create new ones for publishing, especially for exclusive listings.
Pulling music out of platforms or libraries can be a really tedious work, and won't be useful.
