I am new on Taxi, and I just wanted to get a little peer review on this song.

Mostly the recording quality. Just curious if this song has a recording quality good enough to submit as a demo.

Now when you say, 'submit as a demo', are you talking about pitching it to another artist? If so demo's no longer really exist - people want to hear fully produced tracks. After listening, either the guitar is slightly out of tune, or the mixing effect you've applied to it is making the acoustic guitar sound too watery. Everything else works from a mix stand point. Kind of reminds me of the Moody Blues.
