Colaborators Contract. Where?

I need to print out a collaborators contract and send it to some of the people I'll be working with. Got one or a link for that?Thanks,hows everybody doing? I can't log in anymore from my home computer for a long time. I'm using the post office's public computer to post this.Gongchime
