I wrote this song on Youtube as Homage to Bowie after his death..Would there ever be placement opportunities for it..Any feedback gratefully received..ManyThanks

Its a well done song. A Bowie documentary would be an obvious placement, but maybe also in productions where they would like an intertextual Bowie reference, without using an actual Bowie song.

Stylewise is sounds britpop a la Suede (The beautiful ones) to me.

I hope you find a spot for it.

thanks I appreciate the response..I actually have had feedback from Screeners regarding another song that they said the song was very like a song by the Band The Tears who Bernard Butler from Suede fronted..Many Thanks

Cool song! Like it!!

You might want to record a version with more universal lyrics for Film/TV and pitch that to some music libraries. A lot of the lyrics could stay the same. "Bowie's on my shirt" is probably too specific. I'd have to read the rest.
