Congrats! Thanks for sharing the process. It shows that if the music you submit gets returned doesn't mean it's bad but didn't fit the specific request! That is enormously important to keep in mind! Your songs/tracks are like water, they'll always find the way to the ocean, either directly like the rain or slowly like the raindrop falling on a mountain top and finding its path over a long period of time! You only have to unleash them!

Congratulations Tom! That is great!!!CTWF wrote: ↑Wed May 12, 2021 6:48 amHello forum folks!
Today is the first time ever that one of my tracks - an instrumental pizzicato piece - was published by a (major exclusive German-British) library.
Was it originally written for a TAXI listing? - Yes.
Was it a deal directly from a TAXI forward? - No. Both TAXI submissions of the track were RETURNed.
Was it peer-reviewed by former and present TAXI and/or forum members? - Yes.
Was it possible because a TAXI forum member, who already was in this library, worked together with me? - Yes.
As so often, without TAXI, this would not have happened. As so often, that the track was returned for specific TAXI listings did not mean it was not good enough for libraries. It all depends on the purpose in mind.
Fun fact: The track was created with an entirely free DAW and entirely free VIs/plugins.

I'm am late with this acknowledgment. Though, congratulations friend, there are hopefully many more, sooner than later. I'll have to shoot out your way hopefully some time soon, cabbage and beef. Take care.
