Do I have to post Lyrics with my mp3 ?

Post by hoknes » Thu Mar 20, 2008 6:04 pm

I have a bunch of songs uploaded to taxi but I didnt put my lyrics. Does it matter? Are lyrics automatically have to be there? Do screeners read the lyrics as they listen to the songs?

Yes, it does matter. Lyrics should be included in the submission whenever submitting songs. Yes, screeners read the lyrics and base part of their decision to forward the piece on the lyrics. You will even see listings that give specifics about what is wanted lyric-wise. All you have to do is sign on to your Taxi page, click on "Music", and then click on "edit" next to the song file. Then you can copy & paste your lyrics from your wordprocessor or whereever you have them stored.HTHHummin'bird
