If I remember correctly Erin Jacobson had a website with standard contract templates but I can't seem to find them on her website. Was that a separate website perhaps? Does anyone remember?

Yes, this is her stuff - I looked back in my notes from a 20189 Rally session and she refers to this website. Once you click on a package of contracts, you will see the individual prices. Not cheap, but one must consider the value. I myself would rather have her own personal service on a contract, but I am sure that is even more expensive. Again, value is more important than price, assuming one can afford it in the first place.
