OK, got half the question answered... 9.1 cents royalties for us (writer and publisher). About the license fee, what's a reasonable amount? Again, this is not a charity but it is a good cause. So we'll be looking for the lower end of things. I don't see a reason to give it away though.Thanks.Nomi

Typically with commercially released CD's it would be a (normal statutory mechanical) royalty...(that's the 9.1c per unit sold).The reason I brought up the possibility of a license fee is that it could be an alternative if they'd rather not deal with the accounting hassles royalty payments entail.
