Re: Forum Newbies... a few thoughts+FAQs
I'm blown away by all the helpful information that can be found on the forum. Thank you to all contributors. Although I joined TAXI Oct 2010, I'm just now starting to dive into features like the forum. I'm sure that I'll find this information posted somewhere but I'm curious as to when the next Road Rally in LA will be held? I'd like to plan my current work schedule far enough in advance to be able to attend.

The Road Rally is generally in early November, usually the first weekend Thursday night through Sunday afternoon.

Re: Forum Newbies... a few thoughts+FAQs
Thanks for the great info.
One question on finding my Taxi page URL.
I found this info listed on the forums:
A: What name did you use when you signed up for your music account? Let's assume it was "myname"... E.G.
http://www.taxi.com/myname
But I guess I'm not sure what name I signed up with? Or at least its not working.
If I click on "My Artist info" I see my name. Its my first and last name so I tried
http://www.taxi.com/firstlast
and http://www.taxi.com/first_last
but each redirect back to the taxi homepage.
I appreciate your help.
Keith

This info is really useful - thanks so much for taking the time to put it together! I'm going to head over to the General Hangout now to make a more formal introduction.

Re: Forum Newbies... a few thoughts+FAQs
I have a little question - does a member's posts count need to be above zero so he or she can start a new thread? The reason I wonder is because I tried to start a new discussion two times to ask two different questions and both times the posts went under moderation and the next day simply disappeared.
Nice to me you all, and have a good one!
