Forum suggestion: 20 or 50 latest posts

Hey Taxi-How about changing the "10 latest posts" link to the last 20 or even 50? This would make it a lot easier for us regulars to make sure we're viewing and responding to everyone's posts we'd like to.Thanks for considering it!Andre

However, TAXI has no control over that- the message board is by proboards and you get only the options they give you. I don't know if proboards has an update whereby this can be configured. Casey

Good suggestion that. Nice one.I altered my own websites forum, more pages per thread so as to enable more before clicking the arrow to page 2, 3 etc.Daff xx

Ah meant to say sorry, mine is proboards too, and on the admin functions, there are listed functions you can do, making separate boards for different categories etc, there is a function for modifying the boards and scroll down and there should be bits for how many pages per thread, 10, 20 or 30 whatever newest posts etc. So I think it can be done, I did it on mine. Sounds techno I know but once your into it, it does come easy.Daff xx

I'd like to keep this one on top until Taxi gets an opportunity to view it. I've seen Pro Board forums that have options for 20 or more "most recent posts," so it can be done.Taxi, what say you? Andre

Yes, there is an option for this!! I set my test one to 50... What I don't know if that option existed in the proboards version used to create this board. Jimi is the admin... Give her a shout... I think you can PM to admin or TAXI. Casey
