If some of you need some motivation (who doesn't ?) here are some good news! 2 more - exclusive - tracks signed with a publisher, through Taxi (see below) !
(I already had the chance to sign a previous contract last month (forwarded-and-signed-t140957.html) also through Taxi )
We all know how hard and long it can be to have access to (good) publishers, and then to establish an healthy/wealthy relationship with them... And then to finally make some $.
But as you can see it's not always as hard or as long. I'm very thankful for this.
Keep pushing, write, submit, improve, repeat ! Courage and hope to all of you my friends !
Have a nice day ! - Phil

ORIGINAL CHORAL-Based Cues are needed by a very successful Music Library with a lengthy and impressive list of placements in Film and TV. They’re searching for Down-To-Mid-Tempo Instrumentals that would fall within the general stylistic wheelhouse of the following references: “Aurora ” Hans Zimmer: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1oTbyENpX58 “Lux Aurumque” by Eric Whitacre: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0j2JRcC6wBs “Water Night” by Eric Whitacre: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9ixP0NiGZnw Give them compelling Choral pieces that have a haunting or dramatic mood and vibe. These tracks can be Acapella, or they can include additional instrumentation for layering purposes (simple pads, cellos, etc.), however the Choral element should be prominent. Your submissions can range from large choirs to smaller ensembles. Having an authentic sound (human voices) is going to be REALLY important for this request, so anything that sounds synthetic or artificial will not work for this company. Quoting The Library: “Absolute highest quality sample libraries/production only, bad or unconvincing midi sounds when replicating live instruments will result in a track being rejected regardless how good the production is.” Vocals can range from simple ‘Ooh’ and ‘Ah’s’ to English, Latin, or any variety of vocalizations and languages, as long as the overall sound is appropriate for Film and TV placements.
