Disclaimer: Not at all my area of expertise. And this is a generic answer.

First, check the licensing agreement that comes with each package. Also, I *think* it depends on how you uses loops... Are they used stand alone or as part of building a track in your mix? I think there is way more concern about vocal samples out there. If I recall, the "critical" library specifically asks about that before signing tracks.

But don't assume anything. Again, not my area of knowledge.
