Hello FUN, ENERGETIC PERCUSSION-BASED INSTRUMENTALS or INSTRUMENTALS with NON-LYRICAL VOCAL PARTS are needed for an (up to) $8,000 placement by a Successful Publisher in a National TV Commercial.

NOTE: This Publisher will also pay $250 upfront per accepted track. If the track is chosen by the Ad-Agency, up to $8,000 will go to the writer/composer!

This Publisher is searching for rhythmic, Mid-to-Up-Tempo Instrumentals (or Instrumentals with Non-Lyrical Vocalizations) that could fit in the general stylistic wheelhouse of the examples they provided to us below:

Target

McDonald's Hi thanks for listening The piece is called"Simply Captivating" It is at http://www.soundcloud.com/777rd Tried something different used some logic vocal s tried to make them as realistic as possible. Thoughts please ;)

Samsung

NOTE: They’re open to Instrumentals that include non-lyrical vocals (ooo’s, aaah’s, lala’s, hey’s etc.) but NO straight Songs (with lyrics), please.

Please send them Instrumentals that are strictly percussive and rhythmically engaging from start to finish. Per the Publisher request, “Please do not rely solely upon loops; get creative with your programming, and feel free to push the boundaries.”

You’d be wise to pay attention to the tempos in the references. Having a similar vibe and swagger to your tracks could help you get the attention of this company. Although they’re NOT looking for clones or soundalikes, you should take a moment to notice what it is about those references that makes them so impactful.

Quoting the Music Publisher: “Instrumentals must have great energy, with fresh tones and vibe. Be sure they have great developmental arcs with dynamic movement, forward momentum, and some excitement!”

All submissions should be between 1:30 and 3:00 minutes long, give or take. Non-Faded, Buttoned/Stinger endings will work best. Do not copy the references in any way, shape, or form. Use them only as a general guide for the overall feel, texture, and tone. Broadcast quality is needed.

The estimated license fee for this use is [up to] $8,000 (to the writer/composer), depending on the ultimate placement. This company offers an EXCLUSIVE, 50/50 deal, with a two-year term agreement that has a reversion clause if they do not acquire licenses with your track(s) for at least $500.00 US per track within the term. Any sync licensing fees are split 50/50. You’ll get 100% of the Writer’s share, and the Publisher will get 100% of the Publisher’s share.

Since this company offers an EXCLUSIVE deal, please be sure the material you submit for this pitch is NOT already signed to any other Libraries or Catalogs. You must own or control your Master and Copyright. Please submit as many Instrumentals as you'd like, online or per CD. All submissions will be screened on a Yes/No basis - No full critiques. Submissions must be received no later than 11:59 PM (PDT) on Tuesday, March 19th, 2019. TAXI #Y190319PB
