I sent in Two songs for one ad (TAXI #Y120409JZ) and they both got forwarded. This makes four forwards so far. I've submitted to eleven adds in a little over six months. So far no calls from the ad agencies though. I hear it can take a while? Anyone??? Still, feeling optimistic...Keith

Congrats and it sounds like you're on target!!

I'm still just getting my feet wet, but the most successful members will tell you to not focus on call backs (as hard as that is), and focus on writing and submitting. I believe it was Paul Otten who mentioned a little while back, you'll most likely get a call when you least expect it.

What songs were forwarded? We'd all love to hear em!

I'd also add that the Ad Agency listings are TOP notch listings...meaning, a lot of high quality gets sent/considered. It sounds like your songs are high quality. I'd also be submitting to other taxi opportunities such as publisher stuff.

Again, congrats and keep pumping them out!!

Congrats Keith!!!! Like Seth said, if you're getting forwarded for these high bar listings, then you are definitely on the right track. You'll drive yourself bananas (as I've done on numerous occasions) waiting for a call or an email. Ya just gotta keep pumping out the tunes. And yes, you should get them into the hands of libraries and publishers. Your odds are in your favor through those avenues. It took me some time to realize this. Don't get me wrong, I still get frustrated when I get a forward for an Ad listing and then don't hear anything.
