Guitarist Informal Get Together at the Rally

Okay, don't all jump in at once, but . . .

A couple of years ago I arranged several pieces from the Goldberg Variations for 3 guitars. Are there any Bach fans interested in playing through some of them? They are fun to play, and not too hard. Just a thought.

I'm game, I will also not be bringing my guitar, but I'm always up for guitar talk (and a jam if anyone will let me on their beloved instrument)

Ooh! I'd like to join in. I'll be bringing my tenor uke (so much easier to carry on a plane than a guitar or keyboard)!!

Hey... I have a question. I see from the Rally itinerary that there'll be 2 open mic's. Does that mean there'll be any back-line (drums, amps, keyboards, etc.) set up? I'm not bringing my guitar (because Southwest won't let me bring it on board unless I buy a seat for my guitar!), so I was wondering if the musicians will have a chance to jam as well... It would be nice to see that Guitar Center or someone else provided the back-line...

They have guitars, keyboards, and the whole setup. You don't have to have your own guitar.

I'd definitely be in again this year, Chuck!
Last year was awesome, unfortunately the time it was scheduled at meant that at least a couple of us had to leave almost right away, myself included. Would've loved to stay longer...
It's obviously tricky picking the right time for most people, maybe later in the day would be better?
