I don't think you can upload a picture. Instead, on the page where you have found the avatar setting rachat de credit info, the next line reads:
"Link off-site: Enter the URL of the location containing the avatar image you wish to link to."
You need to upload your picture to a webspace and then enter the URL of that picture.
