...and just one more thing. It might be obvious, but I'll say it any way.
You WILL need PRO membership and WILL need to know your IPI/CAE number if library gets back to you with a deal. They will use that number when registering your track with THEIR PRO, and they might also register the track on your behalf with YOUR PRO (but check on that so you know how they operate). The IPI/CAE number is your unique identifier and is how your share of any broadcast royalties will find their way back to your account at your PRO - eventually. Note that provided the track is registered with at least one PRO that should happen automatically (in theory, although in practice some royalties do go missing).
