What I found from joining Taxi is all those feelings over the decades that I felt no one would ever understand, pretty much everyone here understands, and even feels the same way. It is very validating.

I figured if this article helped me, with how I feel, it would strike a chord with my Taxi friends too.

Oh wow, thanks for sharing this.

I got to thinking who I am without my songwriter identity. It was pretty devastating to think about it. My life wasn't more stress-free as much as it was excitement-free. Without writing, I'd feel like I'm in an emotional chokehold where nothing gets out.

Thank goodness I am something with my songwriting.
