No Library is going to agree to that, they get inundated with submissions ..imagine having to reply to every single person that got forwarded ...that would be a huge waste of their time.

Even when you're in Libraries they still reject stuff and you get zero feedback.

I've had custom critiques and they are extremely detailed, well worth the $20! I would guess that a screener in some cases spends close to an hour on one. Expecting that level of effort on a $5 submission is completely unrealistic. And there are services that give feedback by video chat and charge easily $50-$100 for that. Taxi is charging $20 for a custom critique.
