Intermediate Member's Question

Post by MBantle » Wed Aug 21, 2019 4:31 pm

Dear All,
This is a bit of an odd one but I am just curious how more experienced members approach this. I am signed to two libraries right now and I know what they need. However, I still like to write in other genres and I still submit to Taxi listings that I find interesting. From an experienced member's perspective, how do you approach this? Did you say at some point I am now signed to 3-4 publishers, they know what my 'forte' is and I will just continue writing for them or do you just go with what you like and you still write to Taxi briefs that 'speak to you'? I appreciate there might not be one answer to my question but it would be interesting to hear what experienced members say in hindsight what they thought would have been the most efficient approach if that makes sense.
Cheers,
Matt
