Introducing myself I'm new

Hello I'm Rick,
I am new to the Taxi site and just reaching out to say hello. I'm an old retired Army Guy, whos been writing stuff since I was 16. Over the years I have picked up the guitar and would say I am a moderate rhythm player. That said I'm new and although I understand conceptually the business side of things I have no idea where my music fits. I've posted a couple of things on the site but not sure how you get to see or listen to it. Just looking for assistance and some general guidance. While I continue hunting around the site.

all I can say (and I too am still in the initial stages)
is that it's a journey,
the old heads here in the forum are incredibly gracious kind and helpful.
just throw your questions out there, they will be only too happy to help you.
any way just keep at it and
don't give up.
