depends on what you're after.....imo the live drums need to be more present up front (specifically kick and snare, cymbals and tom levels sit nicely)...that's if you're going for a modern sound. if vintage retro is the vision then its the opposite...keep drums as is but still push up on the kick/snare a bit, pull back on gtr & bass and add more room/ambience to them for a live rec feel

Internal balance sounds reasonably okay but overall tonal balance sounds like there is a blanket on the speakers, it's far too dull - are you refernceing your mix against a commercial track ?
Use an A/B plugin and you will instantly hear how much top end you are missing. I advocate topdown mixing & LCR panning because it's harder to get wrong when you're learnign.
