Mix feedback requested for Motivational Cue
Hi everybody,
I'm attempting my first "organic" Motivational Cue and would really appreciate feedback, especially mix-wise. My elements are classical and steel string guitar, 6-string Ricky, pedal steel, guitar swells, piano, bass and drums. I'm going back and forth on so many things...a little perspective would be helpful!

Thanks a lot,
Jane

Hi Jane - Maybe you'd have better luck with this on the peer-to-peer forum?

hi there,
is this for S211020MO? If so, I know the library. They are very arrangement and production quality focused. For that library, it's very important to remain on the same motive and only change it slightly. Make good edit points, breakdown part, and a nice ending with an exclamation point! I think your mix lacks a clear bass part. In addition to that, I would give it more depth and width. I like the guitar motif and playing. IMO I would make it a bit more orchestral by adding pads or stings. If it's that listing stick very closely to the references in terms of arrangement and sound. Good luck!

Thanks to both of you, yeah, Peer to Peer is a good idea.
Meanwhile, Chris - you gave me just the info I was looking for. Yes, that's the listing. I was hoping to get away with more acoustic and less orchestral - thanks a lot for the advice.
