My first forward, two at once!

I got my first forward through a few days ago. I've only been a member for about a month but I saw a listing which was for a children's song for a Children's Educational company. Right up my street. One of the things I've done a lot is children's workshops in schools, so I knew exactly what they were looking for. But just to make sure, I submitted 3 different songs with different styles and rhythms, and 2 of them were forwarded.

It's not a hugely lucrative deal, just a fairly small fee and no royalties because it's only going to be used live at workshops and not sold, but the listing said they may want more songs, so fingers crossed.

Yay! Happy songwriter!

Now to work on some quirky Indie songs, I'm full of ideas now.

I got a forward for that listing as well and yes, the money isn't much, but I'm still excited to get the forward.
