Lol, Crash Gates, you're not a fan, I see. Well thanks for watching the first few minutes at least.

For what it's worth - there is a 90 second video on my channel of me in my underwear spinning circles in preparation for a bodybuilding contest, if that might be more up your alley.

Hey Matt,

I watched the first episode and most of the 'two word' title episode. I like them so far. You are entertaining. Here is a little food for thought:

1. Shorter would be better for me.

2. I was left wondering at first glance which episodes are for instr cues only, which are for vocal songs only (if any) and which apply to both. Maybe others don't care or maybe it's clear and I missed it.

3. I may not have watched enough episodes to say this. Maybe you already do it. But is there a way for a listener to jump to a summary of the main point if they only have 1 minute to watch.

Thanks so much for taking the time to do this. I greatly respect and appreciate anyone who really puts in an earnest concerted effort to teach others for free.

You summarize the main point very well in the text description for this episode .. NEVER REPEAT YOUR CHORUSES in a vocal song?!?!
That addresses what I wanted in item 3. above. Works great for me!
The episode was well done too, imo.

Hey Dean - great suggestions! Yeah, as I get more videos made, I'll be sure to categorize them into appropriate buckets - namely: vocal songs vs. instrumental cues. Although, for the most part, the advice for one can be used for the other, as the same overall concepts apply to both. But I do like the idea of categorizing them, so thank you!

As for shorter videos..... well, I'm used to filling 3-hour night classes with lectures that run the entirety, lol, so I'm accustomed to being overly long-winded. I thought 10 minutes was pretty short, hahahahahahaha. I'll try to make a few that clock in closer to 5 min though. Actually, 5-7 minutes was my initial goal before I started actually recording them, and then I quickly found out that 9-10 min is where they keep landing. Go figure.

Glad you found the summary in the video description useful - that helps to know!

All in all, this is very valuable feedback, so THANK YOU so much!!!
