I think both tracks sound great. Maybe on the 2nd one something low could come in at around 2 mins like a drone playing the root notes, to make it sound rich and grand.
On Hollys Horizon I could imagine a string orchestra coming in at around 1.40, just supporting those chord changes. But overall it has a really good meandering feel with interesting and fresh chords and timing whilst still sounding calm and meditative.
