OK, got it. It's a cool sound, now put it in the room with band and I think it will help the overall effect of the song.BTW, what kind of dog is that? It's cute.

imagine if John Williams and Trent Reznor met at Bernard Hermann's for lunch and Brian Eno was the head chef!

Re: New Irish tune ( sort off )
Sorry, I'm speaking metaphorically. What I intended to mean when I said "band" was the collection of tracks that makes up your piece. What I meant was that sonically the lead guitar sticks out from the rest of the tracks. It sounds like it is in a different room from the other instruments, particularly the flute and the fiddle. In my opinion, it was distracting and took away from the impact of the piece.I'm not as cute as your dog but I bet I snore louder (just ask my wife!).Good music,Mazz

Re: New Irish tune ( sort off )
I could almost picture Satriane doing this. I think I would like it lean more to the traditional Irish myself but it is hard to pull off ethnic based songs unless you are disciplined. I tried to do an oriental piece and because of some drums sounds I used somepeople thought it was an Irish or Native American song. I would try also to back some of those highs off the guitar. I am not a big fan of the POD but to each his own. I would love to hear the guitar track through a nice tube amp mic'd to taste with a bit less of that harshness that I hear from these imulator units. Overall a nice track, keep it up.
