New placement on TV show All American w/ Owen Chaim

Happy New Year everyone! It’s been quite some time since I’ve started a thread in here, so I believed that it was time to set the new year off on a high note.

My song "Ain’t Over," produced by Owen Chaim and featuring the vocals of another up and coming TAXI member by the name of LueMega, got placed in this coming Monday’s episode of the hit TV show All American!

TAXI was very much apart of this whole scenario, as I pitched the collaboration idea to Owen because of a music supervisor panel from the 2019 Road Rally where one of the supervisors mentioned that they were looking for 1990’s Hip Hop for an upcoming film.

For those who are unaware, Owen is the GOAT when it comes to old school Hip Hop, so I knew that he’d knock this out of the park as he’s known to do time and time again. We hashed out the idea a few weeks after that year’s Rally and I submitted it to the music supervisor. Unfortunately it didn’t find its way into the indie film, but it did end up in a TAXI friendly music library, which led to Monday’s placement! I love how other opportunities can come about from you thinking things would go a certain way, but something better transpires when it’s all said and done.
