Casey,Good song. I really like the build to the hook! Did you consider one more 'hook' repetition at the end of the chorus? Maybe in a little different way than the other 2. I feel the audience wants it, we're waiting for it, give it to us? Maybe just at the end of the last chorus .. Make us wait until then.Only nit .. ending v2 with 'here' .. then using 'here' again at the end of line 1 in the chorus.Good work. Dean

I just noticed that same nit about the use of "here"... I didn't hear it in my own rough demo but in Keith's, the vocal improv (which is good!) on the last line of V2 brings the word "here" closer to the chorus. I'm glad that was pointed out... Casey

Hi Casey, Excellent work, I am very impressed. The verses are very clear, obvious and easy to latch onto. I was singing to this the second time around! For some reason (I might be the only one) it cuts out probably 10 seconds before the end of the song?! I didn't get to hear the very last part, so if you haven't done already I would throw in "The breaking point is near" one last time???Great work!Lindsey

Lindsey: I don't know why yours is cutting out... It ends around 2:03... the demo is only 2 verses and 2 choruses...Thanks for the listens and feedback out there... Casey

Strumming with the ole acoustic right along with you. Nice minor chords. I have a song called temptation that is along the same lines. Your lyrics are so much better. Really paints a picture. Very catchy. Is that you singing? Good luck. Paul
