On Site Rally Registration on Thurs, Nov 2nd

As far as registration goes on Thursday, November 2nd:

It says registration starts at 3pm. It's been a while since I've been to the Rally and I know the line gets long... so what's a good time to show up to registration if you want to try to be decently close to registration? How early do people start getting there?

Also, do you register for the general Rally AND the 1-on-1's on the same line? Or are the 1-on-1's a separate line after you register initially?

1-on-1 registration is located further down, right of the main registration desk, where the sponsors too set up shop
