placement in "melrose place"

hey folksI just received the news that one of the publishers I'm working with (..and who contacted me after a taxi forward) placed one of my songs in "melrose place" (remake) on CW TV.here the "history" of that song:- recorded 2004 for an RnB artist with a small indie deal in the U.K.- released as single in 2005, including a music video- song was in the top 100 charts in the U.K. (..ok, that's not exactly a top 10 hit but at least it _was_ in the charts )- released in japan in 2006that was pretty much it about the "life" as a song for an artist. but then:- 2007 (nov) the song got signed to a tv/film publisher through TAXI.- 2009 (nov) the song got placed in melrose place.=> note that it took almost exactly 2 yrs before the song was actually placed in a series. you got to be patient and keep feeding your "pipeline" of published songs/tracks.so once again - THANKS TAXI!martin
