Fantastic news Mark. The only way is up (to the heli-pad ;) ).
I think we'll be seeing a whole lot more of these postings from you :)
Graham (UK). Still composing a little faster than decomposing, and 100% HI.

Dude! I am so into this track! Congrats on the placement - well deserved!

I've always been a rocker, but I'd to get into more of this genre - any recommendations on who to check out?

Hey thanks for the kind words and for listening!!

First off - I have noticed that there tends to be a notable difference between artist future bass tracks and production future bass tracks. That being - songs that are released from artists, and instrumentals/cues/tracks whatever you want to call them that are released by producers and composers like us who are trying to pitch them to get placements in film/tv. That being said; I would go check out some reputable music libraries who have Future Bass in their catalogs, and check them out! Future Bass is a very, very broad genre. There is sooo much wiggle room and so much room to experiment with it.

However, if you'd like a list of artists that influence Future Bass, and ultimately the artists that inspire a lot of the production future bass stuff, I'd be glad to give a list. This is a combination of some of my personal favorites, as well as a few artists that I know have inspired other peers of mine who are also making lots of Future Bass:

Illenium, San Holo, Marshmello, Slushii, Subtact, Grant Bowtie, Jai Wolf, Snail's House, WRLD, Flume, Louis the Child, Martin Garrix (mainly his tracks "There For You" and "In The Name Of Love"), Conro, Hush, Haywyre, Simplex & Inverse.

That should give you more than enough to get started haha.

Hope that helps!

Thanks for the thoughtful answer, Mark - this looks like a great list! I'd only heard of Marshmello and Martin Garrix before, so I have some homework to do.
