Sounds like you got rid of the over pumpy-ness.The rhythm guitars are pretty muddy sounding to me and kind of squashed in the center of the mix. Here's a tune I just got a forward on for a hard rock instrumental.http://soundclick.com/share?songid=8018215I think you'll agree the rhythm gits are much clearer. If you separated your guitars with some panning and get a left/right mix it would fatten up your tune some.

Kel - I have no idea what Addictive Drums are so what do I haveta do, should I dump a sterio track of the drum mix? Should I send you track stems? I'd LOVE to hear where you're coming from man, serious!RLD - Na, no hidden message mate, I'm not that bright and just having some fun with your porn reference... ;-) I think panning the guitars are GREAT idea, the high register stuff is panned but the thick muddy (going to be retracked with a real mesa 50Cal+ and analog effects and my Gibson Ebony Les Paul with Burstbuckers cause I got my pci card from the mazzter and can mic my cabs again and don't have to use my POD XT live "mod" for tracking!) guitar tracks I was going to pan heavy left and right once vocals came in. Panning big rhythm tracks is a very good idea mate and will do... LOVE that modern rock tune man, dang I thought I mixed loud, WOW, love it! I'm going for a more heavy rock/metal sound so apples and oranges but still a cool reference. Man I am sorry this thread was just to look at a demo I wrote while waiting from my pci card so I hope I haven't waisted your time cause your RIGHT ON with what you've posted. I was working on the drums with Kel cause I didn't need my pci card to work on that as its all "in the box", I wish I could have started with a better quality piece and I should know better but I thought what the hell but I should have been more clearer in my opening post... GREAT stuff man, I can see why you got licensed with that track! Cheer guys... wta
