Hey cool tune and I agree the production is top notch. I love your voice and the ethereal treatment it was given in the mix.For me the guitars have a good crunch. In regards to the dated comments, I feel like there would be listings and placement opportunities for this song although having been a Taxi member only 1 year I'm not sure the frequency of which these opportunities would pop up.

Great stuff! Not sure what exactly dated means since music seems to come full circle, but I like it. Great Job!

Cool song--very well sung and interesting production. What do you intend to do with it? For TAXI listings, the screeners tend the match the genre really tightly and they might not know what to do with this one.If you're not wedded to it as an artist, I'd be tempted to hand this over to a CJ for a dance/trance/club mix.Vince

funny shit vince ... you're not as dumb as stephen looks. (for the feint of heart, steph, as I've heard him called, and I frequently exchange our love in the guise of deep seated anger through insults, no limbs were severed with that last one ...)
Gave up guilt when I left the ol' school girl uniform behind. You know, cute little skirts and knee socks, nuns and rulers and all that.

Not dated at all, rather electro/pop/rock for my ears, like we can hear a lot in Europe... Good and efficient melody. Just need IMO a good mastering to lift up the level, for now it sounds a bit "stuffed".G.

Quote:Acid Ride, Sounds like Alis Morsette...Cool Stuff..I can certainly live with that. Good ol' mad Morissette.Quote:If you're not wedded to it as an artist, I'd be tempted to hand this over to a CJ for a dance/trance/club mix.Well, I’m actually divorced from it as an artist since the other half of the band (the genius behind the music and production) has moved on to other things. So it’s set in stone unless I take my parts and redo the tune.Quote: Not dated at all, rather electro/pop/rock for my ears, like we can hear a lot in Europe...Ah, there y’see, it’s a United States of Europe thing. We have so much history over here that nothing after the Reformation sounds old. Thanks for all the comments, pop-pickers.
