Aww, don't worry, Raags....you can call me Chitts if you want, 'coz my name has two 't's' of course anyway. Jameii....I like those lyrics to 'I'm THAT Girl".....I really like the 'no sugar, JUST spice" line....original work there! Good luck with it! And let us know how your studio time in Nashville turned out. I've been there once, and I live in Birmingham, Alabama....so there is no excuse when you only live 3 hours away, hehe. This will be my last post for a while (which for me averages a week, hehe)....I've got to work on a bunch of songs, and this board is so addictive...it's hard to write, LOL.Everyone here is so much fun. We have a cool community here, and I'm glad that so many country songwriters are starting to post. I'm always in the corner of anyone who writes country!

Quote:True, Raggs. TAXI really has provided a great service with this message board....they should charge extra for the networking we get to do here. I know you are just joking but I wanted say I disagree anyway just in case someone starts taking that idea seriously, lol. I feel very strongly that this message board is what it is - tremendously valuable - because of all the people who are here, offering their time and considerable expertise for free. We not only offer a 'service' to each other with our networking, sharing & peer reviewing, we also offer a 'service' to Taxi in our support of each other & its business model. This forum is an on-line community that is very important to me & many others in our pursuit of excellence.Hummin'bird

Quote:And of course, since your brother is a TAXI member, it's okay to list him as the co-writer on your submission, and vice versa with him as welljust to clarify for anyone who doesn't know - as long as one of the co-writers is a Taxi member, any co-written song may be submitted to Taxi.
