I only just got to listen to this today, thanks to my compouter. Bereft of life, it rests in peace, and the mac wouldn't open the player. Anyhow.. luvly piece of music. I think it'll do what good music should do, and that's bring it's own story to everyone who listens to it. To me, it was a scene where a wife is returning home after the funeral of her husband. Not morbid or meloncholy, but a feeling of dignified resolve and a determination to carry on in the face of adversity. But that's just me Whatever the scene or emotions that it must surely one day accompany, this music will enhance it. Great job Love the piano sound too

Hi Dave:Thanks so much. Funny how that emotion struck you. I wrote this for a friend in Canada (hence the goofy name, she called me that.....if you've heard this before, stop me). Anyway, while I was editing it and it was playing ad nauseum in my car is when I had to come back home after Katrina and find out that life definitely changed for all of us. Lost my girlfriend and her family and sat in the car in front of her house and this song played over and over. And that's how I felt. Except really, really devastated since everything else was gone too. But determined, too. If that makes sense.Anyway, I'm really glad you heard that in this song. Makes me feel not so alone.
