My first submission ever (just last month) was for a hip hop instrumental listing. The reviewer said I sounded like classic old hip hop, and he stated "This is Hip Hop" It was forwarded since it was what the listing called for, straight up hip hop instrumentals..I also recently submitted to an electronic one, where it asked for out of the ordinary electronic artists, who sound like AIR, or Brian Eno.. I said ok Ill send some songs... He said they were good quality sounding and that I have talent, but its not "out of the ordinary" or what they were looking for... which I can see that.. since i dont sound like AIR, or Brian Eno, but i just sent it anyways.. so it was returned but I understood whyThey seem to be thorough with why or why not its what they are looking for.So those were my 2 first submissions... and I will keep conitnue submitting. so yea taxi knows what they are doing... you heard it here first.. ha-Carl
