A little confused about the taxi custom critique..

Post by squidlips » Tue Sep 25, 2007 6:58 am

I went to submit a tune for it and it said "select a song" but there were no boxes to check or anything. When I clicked on the title of the song, nothing happened. I simply highlighted the song then clicked "submit". I also mentioned the name of the song in the questions area. Also, there was no area for payment for the critique.I must be doing something wrong. But what?

Hey Squids, I don't know if you're having the same prob I had, but I had to play around with the arrows at the bottom of the TAXI custom critique box... I had to take my cursor and move the arrows over to the right before what I was looking for popped up.I ended up calling customer service and they told me to do this, and of course, it worked. It's a small thing, but it can be confusing because with regular submissions, you can see 'submit and critique' right away, but with the custom critiques you have to play around a bit with your cursor and move those arrows to the right a bit. Hope this helps. Your problem may be different from mine, but it may all boil down to those moving those pesky arrows around the right way, hehe.

Hey,Some browsers aren’t showing the check boxes to the right of each song in the window, but they are there. You just need to scroll over to the right a little.Clint

Thank you Clint, I sure appreciate it. I'm using aol so I can always blame them! And bird's right. You're looking especially lovely today.

Hey Squidlips. If you are using the aol browser then that's probably the culprit. It has a habit of not displaying things correctly at all. Another browser that has issues is Internet explorer for mac. That's because they haven't updated in like 7 years and aren't going to update it ever again. We recommend Firefox or Safari. Both are free.

Hey jon!!Thanks for responding, that was sweet of you. As it turns out, it was totally ME (yes, I know....sigh). I simply wasn't scrolling over to the right far enough. Didn't even see the scroller at the bottom. Sheesh. Color me embarrassed. See? ----} Thank you!
