I just recieved a forward on my entry to the "Burmese Lottery" I've had Asian, Armenian, Middle Eastern, and now a Burmese piece forwarded.I hope I'm not developing the reputation as that "Ethnic Guy" Chuck

Dave,Here's the link to "Myanmar Procession":http://www.broadjam.com/artists/songind ... D=345150On all the ethnic stuff, I've done a little research on the internet about the instruments and scales. Most of the stuff from the East doesn't use harmony as we know it. I've developed counterlines with the same scales and added some percussion accents.Nothing very scientific, but seems to be working.I may try to develop a Bach piece this weekend for the Dispatch listing using this "Ethnic Approach" Could be interesting, could be a disaster.Chuck
