Groove Monkee

Post by Rob Lorenzo » Thu Jul 01, 2010 6:44 am

Just wanted to put it out there I got some great support from the sales team at Groove Monkee.

If you've not come across them before check out:

http://www.groovemonkee.com/home/

They offer thousands of grooves, a few hundred samples free, and I think they're great value!

Just downloaded the progressive pack and some very inspiring stuff in there to mess around with.

Maybe a silly question, but do you have to have a plug like Addictive Drums to use these, or can you use them in Logic without any third party software. I downloaded a couple of demo and they play in the finder - I don't have my rig next to me. I will try them out tonight in the studio -

Seems like a product. Thanks for the info'

I believe they have GM mappings as well, so if your drum VI can load in GM mapping, you're golden.
