Crysonic mastering plugins no brainer deal

I installed demo versions of a couple of their plugs. I thought their stereo imaging plug was pretty cool sounding. The interface was pretty cluttered though. The nxtasy wouldn't work on my system. Loading it into track would kill the audio in that track....

After purchasing the 'no brainer' deal, none of the plug-ins would work for me on my Mac. The company seemed absolutely unwilling to address the issue, so after a month of back & forth, really just waiting for a solution, I asked for my money back! So buyer beware!
