I think the key piece to Dean's story was that he didn't wait. He didn't send in a single song and wait. He didn't get one forward and wait. He didn't get a single publisher and wait. He took an action and then another and another and another. How many of you take a single action and then wait? Thinking, shouldn't that be enough? How many of you get a little bit of success and then wait?The difference of what Dean did? He created a plan, he took advantage of every opportunity that seemed like it might be good for him.
